Oil grade
- Use oil that meets API SJ or later. Honda recommends SAE 10W-30 for general use.[1]
- This manual’s temperature chart is printed as a graphic and differs from the GCV160 manual’s chart. Read it in your own manual before using 5W-30 or 10W-30 in cold weather.[1]
